Art therapy uses the creative process to access parts of the brain that talking therapies often do not easily access. This workshop addresses the concepts of self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-awareness and how they apply to achieving insight and improving mental health.

Participants will create a powerful self-portrait through guided imagery, visualization, and a combination of drawing techniques. They will learn art instruction techniques, how art helps integrate facets of personality and identify skills to develop intuition and self-awareness.

No previous art experience is necessary. This workshop has limited spots and is almost full. This workshop is offered in person only.
