Mandalas, circular designs used for centuries as meditative tools, are known for promoting personal integration and inner balance. In psychotherapy, mandalas can help unveil personal symbolism, promote self-understanding, and support clients in finding their inner guidance system. This multi-modal presentation provides information on incorporating mandala use in clinical work and briefly reviews research findings. Through images, sound, and a lecture, participants will acquire the foundational knowledge needed to incorporate this tool personally and into their work with clients.

This presentation promises to be informative and inspiring. We are also offering a hands-on workshop providing the opportunity to create your own personalized mandala, but space is limited.
