Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before April 1, 2026 will receive a full refund, minus credit card processing fees.

  • If you cancel before May 31, 2026, you will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee and any applicable credit card processing fees. You may also choose to transfer your registration to the On Demand program instead of canceling.

  • After June 1, 2026, no refunds are available.
